Current NCAA players, and coaches, plus members of the USA National program serve as coaching and evaluation staff.  In past years the staff has included Olympians Cammi Granato, Kelly Stevens, Shelley Looney and goaltender Pam Dreyer.  Collegiate national standouts Sarah Carlson and  Brooke Whitney (Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award winner)

We have also had members of that coaching staff from University on North Dakota, Northeastern, University of Connecticut, University of Vermont, Augsburg College, Wesleyan College, Boston College and several prep-schools.
