All players will be arriving on May 7th. Flight times will vary depending on where you are coming from. Notes on different areas are below:
- California and Alaska: All players will have the option this year to purchase tickets through our travel agent or use air miles. All players will be requested to be at the Seattle airport on May 7 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. All players who fly with the group will be met in baggage claim, and then transported to the tryout hotel. Those flying on miles, contact mdreyer@gci.com with the arrival times, you will also be met at baggage claim. The 1992 birth year athletes will be responsible in assisting younger players through this process.
- Nevada players will be responsible in securing their own tickets. Contact mdreyer@gci.com with your travel arrangements. All players will be requested to be at the Seattle airport on May 7 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

- If flights are delayed or a problem arises on the day of travel Contact Margo Dreyer via cell 907-632-1964.
- Ground Transportation will be available for group flights, or if a player’s flight time meets required parameters. Players who travel outside these flights or times will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.
Washington and Oregon – Players can check into the tryout at the hotel between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and are required to arrive Thursday night. If a player drives herself, she will be required to surrender her car keys at check in. Player's check in is at the Lynnwood Embassy Suites, at the Pacific District tryout check in table, not the front desk. All gear will need to be dropped off at Olympic View Ice Arena before checking in at the hotel. Players can check out after their last ice time on Sunday which will vary depending on division. |
